نشاط المساحة الآمنة

انطلاقاً من إيمان جمعية الفصول الأربعة الخيرية بأن التنمية المستدامة تبدأ من تمكين الإنسان وتعزيز مشاركته الفاعلة في مجتمعه، تواصل الجمعية تنفيذ مبادراتها الهادفة إلى بناء مجتمعات أكثر تماسكاً وقدرة على الصمود، من خلال توفير مساحات للحوار والمشاركة وتنمية القدرات وتعزيز التماسك الاجتماعي. وفي هذا الإطار، تنفذ الجمعية بالشراكة مع توتول للإغاثة والتنمية  (TOTOL)، وبدعم من الوزارة الاتحادية الألمانية للتعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية (BMZ) ، ومن خلال الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي  (GIZ)، مشروع "ربط المجتمعات وتمكين الأصوات: تعزيز التماسك الاجتماعي والمشاركة المدنية والحوكمة الشاملة في شمال شرق سوريا". ويأتي نشاط المساحة الآمنة للنساء كأحد المكونات الرئيسية للمشروع، ليشكل بيئة داعمة وشاملة تُمكّن النساء والفتيات من تنمية قدراتهن الشخصية والاجتماعية من خلال مجموعة متنوعة من الأنشطة التفاعلية والتوعوية والترفيهية، التي تعزز الثقة بالنفس، وتنمي مهارات التواصل والحوار، وتدعم الصحة النفسية، وتشجع على التفكير الإيجابي والتعبير عن الذات، إلى جانب ترسيخ قيم التعايش والسلم الأهلي وقبول الآخر وحل النزاعات بالطرق السلمية. وتؤمن جمعية الفصول الأربعة الخيرية بأن بناء مجتمعات أكثر تماسكاً يبدأ بخلق مساحات يشعر فيها الجميع بالأمان والاحترام والانتماء، بما يتيح لهم المشاركة الفاعلة في تنمية مجتمعاتهم والإسهام في صناعة مستقبل أكثر استقراراً وشمولاً وعدالة.

(English) Based on the Four Seasons Charitable Association’s belief that sustainable development begins with empowering people and enhancing their active participation in their communities, the Association continues to implement its initiatives aimed at building more cohesive and resilient societies, by providing spaces for dialogue and participation, developing capacities, and strengthening social cohesion. Within this vision, the Association is implementing the project "Bridging Communities and Empowering Voices: Advancing Social Cohesion, Civic Engagement, and Inclusive Governance in Northeast Syria" in partnership with TOTOL for Relief and Development, funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented through GIZ. The Women’s Safe Space represents one of the project's core components, providing a supportive and inclusive environment where women and girls can strengthen their personal and social capacities through a diverse range of interactive, awareness-raising, and recreational activities. These activities foster self-confidence, communication and dialogue skills, psychosocial well-being, positive thinking, and self-expression, while promoting the values of peaceful coexistence, social cohesion, acceptance of diversity, and peaceful conflict resolution.
